This one is still a work in progress.  Im not to happy with the  values on Obama's face and the flag in the background.  I also got tired of looking at it.

This is a step by step on how I created this pic.
Step one the basic idea in my  head in line form.

 Step two add value and form.

 Step three a first draft of colors and then,  Step four is tweaking in colors.
